Refund policy

At Bridleberry Leather Tack Co., we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, we offer an exchange within 15 days of purchase. Please follow the steps below to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Notify our Customer Service team at bridleberryleather@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving the product.

  2. Provide Details: Clearly explain the issue with the product and provide any necessary documentation (e.g., photos).

  3. Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

  4. Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping the defective item back to us. Please ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  5. Exchange Process: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. If the defect is confirmed, we will promptly send you a replacement product of the same model and specifications.

Conditions:

  • Defective products must be reported within 15 days and returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item is deemed to have been intentionally damaged or misused.

Non-Defective Returns: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items due to the bespoke nature of our products.
